All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Full payment or a specified advance may be required prior to dispatch. Any delay in payment may attract penalties or service suspension.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are subject to approval and may be processed after deduction of applicable charges.

5. Delivery Schedule

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Liability

We take utmost care in handling goods. However, Arvisha Transport Logistics shall not be responsible for damage caused due to incorrect packing, labeling, or force majeure events.

7. Insurance

Clients are encouraged to insure their goods during transit. We do not provide default insurance unless specifically requested in writing.

8. Prohibited Items

Transporting illegal, hazardous, or perishable items without prior declaration is strictly prohibited. Violators may face legal action and cancellation of service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
